Shasta’s Sweet Treats & Coffee will feature the familiar menu of sweet favorites like cookies, brownies, and other pastries, expanded to include breakfast sandwiches and other savory options like charcuterie boards for single- and multiple-tops, owner Laura Ritter told What Now Las Vegas in a Monday morning phone call.

Ritter said she chose the brand’s first brick-and-mortar location in large part for its cottage-like atmosphere.

“It’s gorgeous,” she said. “My goal in life is making people feeling like they’re coming into my home. I want people to come in, hang out, become regulars. I like to feel like I’m baking cookies for friends.”

The restaurant can be found at 290 E Horizon drive, near the Skyline Road intersection, across the street from Rising Star Preschool and Daycare.
