The Coffee Class was founded in 2019 by Las Vegas resident Kyle Cunningham and Executive Chef Beth Ryan-Small. The location currently operating on S Eastern Ave. offers food choices that include a Quiche of the Day, Chef Ryan-Small’s Baked Crème Brûlée French Toast, and a Ham & Fig Panini, plus the coffee chain’s slate of popular elevated lattes and other coffee drinks.

“It is incredible to have had the opportunity to open another coffee shop. I am so proud of my team for their time and energy. We are excited to see the community come and experience this new shop with us,” Cunningham said in the press release.

Starting at 8 a.m., the Grand Opening will include a raffle with giveaways of Sephora Beauty Baskets, a Playstation 5, and a Nintendo Switch. The first five guests will receive free pop tarts for a year. Live music and BOGO offers on select menu items are also planned. The winners of the raffle will be selected at noon on the 24th.

“The Coffee Class is excited to join the Henderson community, and help to spur the renaissance to come in East Henderson,” said the company in the press release.

The Coffee Class is also opening a third location at UnCommons Las Vegas. Originally working toward a fall opening, the third Coffee Class location is now expected to open after the New Year.
