Social Station to Open in Henderson with Elevated American Comfort Food

It’s a new restaurant “for locals by locals” from Leverage Hospitality Group

The retail center on the eastern corner of South Eastern Avenue and West Horizon Ridge Parkway will soon be home to Henderson’s next favorite hangout. Envisioned as a restaurant “for locals by locals,” Social Station will offer a menu featuring a wide range of elevated American comfort foods.

“It’s going to be everything from meatballs to tacos to short ribs,” Kelley Jones of Leverage Hospitality Group, who is opening the restaurant in partnership with Todd Parmelee, told What Now on Wednesday.

The “by locals” part is no joke: Jones says he lives about eight minutes away from the restaurant, which will open at 10624 S Eastern Ave.

“We’ve been here more than 25 years, each of us,” said Jones. “We wanted to create a neighborhood Cheers, if you will. We want to have all our neighbors thinking of us as their neighborhood restaurant.”

The space encompasses about 3,500 square feet, according to coverage published by the Las Vegas Review-Journal, and was previously occupied by D’Avolio Pizza. It will feature roughly 100 seats indoors and outdoors, an outdoor patio, and an overall “Instagram-worthy” atmosphere. And Jones says the new restaurant will fill a need in the area for a local spot serving American fare.

“There are a lot of great Italian places and great Asian places in the area. But we wanted a place that serves American food, and where people can socialize and get to know each other.”

Social Station is expected to open this April.
