Federal Donuts & Chicken at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa Will Open to the Public March 5

Guests can look forward to donuts, fried chicken, coffee, and more at the resort's Food Court

Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa announced the West Coast debut of the Philadelphia eatery, Federal Donuts & Chicken, will take place on Tuesday, March 5. On opening day, the first 50 customers will receive a free Fancy donut.

Federal Donuts & Chicken was co-founded by partners Chef Michael Solomonov and Steve Cook. Steve Cook are multiple James Beard Award-winning restaurateurs from Philadelphia.

Guests of the eatery will be able to indulge in a variety of treats, as the menu will feature the destination’s trifecta of Donuts, Fried Chicken, and Coffee, among other options including the Strawberry-Lavender Hot-Fresh, S’more Fancy or the classic Fried Chicken Sandwich.

The addition of Federal Donuts & Chicken to the resort’s Food Court further enhances the dining options available to guests.

Beginning Tuesday, March 5, at 7 a.m. guests can experience Federal Donuts & Chicken, located inside the food court at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa, Sunday – Thursday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 7 a.m. to 12 a.m.
