Submitted by Team Mang Felix Maryland LLC, the paperwork shows a Mang Felix Kitchen planned at 3528 S Maryland Pkwy #100. The Maryland Parkway address is that of the Boulevard Mall.

The restaurant’s menu features Mang Felix’s Specialties like Felix’s Oxtail Soup, Sinigang (Filipino tamarin soup with vegetables and choice of protein) and Adobo (Chunks of pork belly braised in soy and vinegar). A selection of pho soups features proteins like oxtail, ribeye, chicken, and seafood. There are also House Specialties like Shaking Beef (Filet Mignon cubes wok-tossed with black pepper sauce, onions and bell peppers) and Pad Thai.

What Now reached out to owner Jenilyn Ruff to inquire about plans for a new Mang Felix at the Boulevard Mall. Ruff was not immediately available for comment.

Opening at the Boulevard Mall, Mang Felix Kitchen would join a food and drink roster that includes concepts like Viva Cafe, The Steak & Spud Factory, Primal Steakhouse, and Just Crack ‘N Seafood.
