The Palms reopened under new ownership earlier this year, but for some, it won’t feel fully reopened until Chef Marc Vetri’s Vetri Cucina returns. The Philadelphia-born restaurant’s Las Vegas outpost opened at the Palms in November 2018, but it wasn’t open long, shuttering at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic in early 2020.

Now, almost exactly four years after its debut, the restaurant will open once again on November 1, according to recent coverage in Eater Las Vegas.

Just as before, the restaurant will offer Chef Vetri’s acclaimed Italian cuisine. Dishes featured in the Eater coverage include foie gras pastrami with toasted brioche, smoked baby goat with polenta, and spinach gnocchi with ricotta.

At the Palms, Vetri Cucina will rejoin a thriving food and drink community of both new and reopened concepts, including Mabel’s BBQ, Scotch 80 Prime, and Tim Ho Wan.
