The small retail center on the southeast corner of the intersection between S Rainbow Blvd and W Cougar Ave will soon be home to 89139 Bistro, a new restaurant serving drinks and small plates.
What Now Las Vegas confirmed the news in an email conversation with owner Kyoung Jang on Thursday. The restaurant will serve American-style tapas, Jang said. “Small dishes with drinks. No heavy food,” they added. “Just enjoy.”
Further details about the restaurant’s menu, branding, and hours of operation are not available at this time.
The Rainbow-Cougar intersection is home to several retail and dining locations. These include a Dotty’s, which offers 24/7 gaming, along with Leslie’s Nail Spa, Liquor Outlet, and The Base Dance Center. A number of luxury housing developments are also nearby, including Rainbow Crossing Elite by American West, American West Rainbow Crossing Luxury, and KB Home Reserve at Sage Glen.
No opening date has been named yet for 89139 Bistro, but it is expected to open before the end of April.
