The location in Spring Valley is looking to rounding out the experience with some adult beverages. The restaurant recently submitted an application to Clark County for a special use permit that would allow it to serve alcohol.

It’s not only pizzas Amore offers. The restaurant offers a sizable menu, featuring a number of Italian entrees that make one think, Wine. These include pastas like spaghetti or homemade rigatoni with marinara or meat sauce, Fettucine Alfredo, and homemade lasagna.

On top of this, Amore Taste of Chicago also offers a considerable menu of sandwiches, including subs like the Italian Sub and the Grilled Polish Sausage sub, plus Chicago Classics like Pastrami or Chicago-style hot dogs. (Is a hot dog a sandwich? That’s a thorny question not to be taken up here.)

For dessert, try the carrot cake, the mini cannoli, or the Homemade Tiramisu. And pair it all, soon, with your favorite grownup drink. Stay tuned for more updates about this great local brand.
