Born and Raised Tavern, a sports bar “created through the lens of the customer” with one location apiece in Las Vegas and Henderson, is planning to open a third location later this year. This one will make its home in North Las Vegas, at 1135 E Craig Rd.

What Now Las Vegas confirmed the news in a phone call with owner Scottie Godino Jr. on Thursday. Godino said the tavern’s existing menu will carry through to the new locations. The décor should also be expected to match the sleek but comfortable feel of the other two locations, although with different accents, including the themed private room: in this case, the War Room, a tribute to Nellis Air Force Base and the American armed forces.

The Born and Raised menu opens with fun Bar Bites choices like Chicken Taquitos, Shredded Steak Poutine, and Bulgogi Steak Tacos. A Sliders menu follows with a considerable variety of selections: Fish ‘N’ Chips (Potato chip crusted fish filet, lemon aioli, shredded lettuce), Chicken Katsu, Hoagie Cheesesteak, and more.

Open 24/7, Born and Raised serves breakfast, too, offering the decadent Fried Chicken & Donut Sandwich, with Pepper-jack cheese, bacon, whiskey syrup, and a side of smashed red potatoes; the Breakfast Burrito; the Hangover Burrito (Ground Angus beef patties, double cheese, bacon, 2 fried eggs, Tetris tots, ketchup, side of smashed red potatoes); and Aloha Breakfast Sliders, with Spam, egg, American cheese, sriracha aioli, and a side of Hawaiian macaroni salad.

“We’re excited to become part of the North Las Vegas community and do what we can to support the locals,” Godino said.

The new Born and Raised location is working towards a September opening.
