Vegas-born Nacho Daddy goes back to the scene where it all started in Henderson as it opens its doors to the public at 11 a.m. Originally on S. Eastern, the new location is a stone’s throw away in the hotly-expanding area at 3561 St. Rose Pkwy (near Texas Roadhouse and In-N-Out). With three additional locations in Las Vegas, as well as outposts in Salt Lake City and suburban Atlanta, 2022 marks another great year for the restaurant group’s expansion efforts since bursting onto the scene.

“Ever since moving out of Henderson in 2016, ‘when are you coming back?’ is the most prominent question Nacho Daddy gets,” said Paul Hymas, Co-Founder and President of Nacho Daddy in a statement. “We’re thrilled to say that we are back to the city where our nacho domination started and in arguably one of the best locations we’ve built.”

Like the other locations, the new Henderson restaurant will serve traditional Mexican-American cuisine including a variety of nachos and specialty cocktails. The 4,500 square-foot restaurant will feature indoor and outdoor seating with a garage door-style patio, 14 high-def televisions for optimal sports viewing, neon art installations and a scorpion tank, and an open floor plan and kitchen where guests will be able to watch the chefs prepare menu items. Like the other locations, Nacho Daddy will feature the restaurant’s signature items including Filet Mignon Nachos with house-made corn chips topped with a cheese blend, refried beans, filet mignon, sour cream, pico de gallo, guacamole, cilantro and house-made ranchero sauce; Vegan Chick’n Nachos with marinated chick’n, house-made vegan queso, black beans, red & green bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, fire-roasted corn, avocado lime salsita, and pico de gallo on house-made spinach chips; Flaming Fajitas with choice of chicken, filet mignon or shrimp, as well as vegan fajitas, served on tableside with all of the fajita fixings; Mexi-Cobb Salad with romaine hearts tossed in onion-thyme vinaigrette, topped with chicken strips, pico de gallo, cheese blend, corn, cucumbers, avocado and tortilla strips; Combination Plates with choice of enchiladas and tacos; and the Nacho Daddy Triple Dip featuring warm tortilla chips with spicy salsa, signature skillet queso dip and fresh guacamole. Nacho Daddy also serves its Daddy’s Margarita and the Scorpion Shot.

Nacho Daddy also features Telsón Tequila. A new Premium Tequila founded by food and beverage veterans Paul Hymas, Fred Mossler, Keith Glynn, and Eddie Romero. Born in the Highlands of Jalisco and made from 100 percent Weber Blue Agave, Telsón Tequila is available in Reposado, Blanco and Aňejo.
