Juan’s Flaming Fajitas and Cantina to Open North Las Vegas Location

It’s the third location for the local chain of Mexican restaurants

With locations on Tropicana Ave and in Henderson, Juan’s Flaming Fajitas & Cantina is looking to start serving up brunch, lunch, and dinner in a third location, this time in North Las Vegas, at 2660 W Centennial Pkwy.

The chain’s dinner menu opens with appetizers like Queso Fundido and Shrimp Cocktail, moving along to its eponymous fajitas, served with the guest’s choice of protein: chicken, pork, beef, or shrimp. Next, Juan’s Mexican Favorites include Carne Asada a la Tampiqueña (Garlic shrimp & pico de gallo sauteed in our chile guajillo sauce on top of a New York steak with a cheese enchilada & your choice of corn or flour tortillas) and Mariscos Adobados (Basa fillet, shrimp, & scallops cooked in salsa de adobado with onions & cilantro with your choice of corn or flour tortillas).

For brunch on weekends before 3 p.m., guests can can choose from dishes like the Chorizo & Egg Burrito, Huevos Rancheros, and Chilaquiles. On weekdays before 3, lunch dishes like Taquitos, Carnitas with green chili and guacamole, and Baja Fish Tacos are on offer. A Niños Menu, Dessert Menu (including Churros and Sopapillas), and various Happy Hour options are also available.

The location on W Centennial Pkwy is situated not far from the intersection with N Aliante Pkwy, across the street from Sushi Tachi. Other nearby eateries include Hungry Howie’s Pizza, Village Pub, and Tropical Smoothie Café.

No opening date has yet been announced for the North Las Vegas location. No representative of Juan’s Flaming Fajitas and Cantina was immediately available for comment.
