Clean Juice’s menu offers smoothies like The Coffee One (with almond butter, almond milk, banana, cold-brewed coffee, and dates—all organic) and The Healthy Heart One (Himalayan pink sea salt, almond butter, almond milk, avocado, cinnamon, and maple syrup—also all organic), plus cold press juices in color-named varieties. RED is made with beets, apple, carrot, and lemon; GREEN with spinach, celery, kale, cucumber, ginger, and lemon; and WHITE with cashews, cinnamon, vanilla, maple syrup, and Himalayan pink sea salt.

Clean Juice is beverage-forward, but it’s also a place for a healthy bite to eat, offering sandwiches like The Egg Salad Sandwich and The Ultimate Grilled Cheese. Wraps like the Cali Wrap (with avocado, provolone, chicken, spinach, tomato, and garlic) offer something on the lower calorie side. A selection of salads, açai bowls, and toasts complete the picture.

Vegas’s first Clean Juice will open in Summerlin, a representative of the company told What Now on Wednesday. The representative was not available for further comment. The address of the Summerlin location has not yet been revealed. It is on track to open in November.
