The taco chain takes its inspiration from the cuisine of Jalisco, building out a menu with a wide range of choices. The star of the show is its queso-birria tacos, but the tacos don’t stop there: guests can choose soft or crunchy in varieties like al pastor, carne asada, chorizo, lengua, cabeza, and grilled chicken. Burritos feature these same proteins.

The menu also features enchiladas with salsa rosa and salsa verde, chicken and pork tamales, and a wide range of other dishes, including stews, seafood, nachos, and burgers with fries. For dessert, guests can choose from classics like flan and churros. Combination plates, lunch specials, and daily specials are also available.

The location at 19 S Stephanie St is part of the Stephanie Beltway Plaza, a retail center alongside the Bruce Woodbury Beltway. It is home to shops like The Cask Wine & Beer Boutique and Trek Bicycle, as well as dining locations like Poke Express, Thailicious, Teriyaki Madness, and Dickey’s Barbecue Pit.

What Now Las Vegas was unable to reach a representative of Durango Taco Shop for comment. No opening date has been announced for the Henderson location.
