Headed up by founder and CEO Ryan Labbe, 81/82 Group is the hospitality force behind concepts like Mas Por Favor Taqueria y Tequila, La Neta Cocina y Lounge, and—most recently—the Venetian’s Juliet Cocktail Room. The group is about to launch its next new concept, Early Birds, A Breakfast Spot, at 5025 Blue Diamond Road.

Recent coverage by the Las Vegas Review-Journal describes the menu:

“Look for pancakes, waffles and French toast with boozy whipped cream add-ons; omelets, skillets, Benedicts and breakfast sandwiches, including a croque madame; and coffee drinks, smoothies and cocktails, including a Cereal Cocktail with gin, blueberry and breakfast tea,” the coverage says.

Situated just west of the intersection with Decatur Boulevard, the Blue Diamond Road location sits just across the street from homegrown Las Vegas restaurants like Saint Honoré Doughnuts & Beignets, Mountain West Eatery, and Oming’s Kitchen.

“To me, breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so opening an easy, go-to spot to share with my neighbors is very exciting,” Ryan Labbe said in a press release. “Early Birds is not just about serving delicious food; it’s about creating a fun and approachable space for the community to gather and properly start their day. We can’t wait to welcome everyone to our breakfast table!”
