Buddy Valastro’s just launched his latest concept to the Buddy Valastro Restaurants portfolio, Buddy’s Jersey Eats. Partnering again with The LINQ Hotel + Experience, the star of the TLC series Cake Boss will open Buddy’s Jersey Eats on Monday, April 11 at 10 a.m. Jersey Eats will join la famiglia of Buddy V’s Ristorante, Carlo’s Bakery, PizzaCake and the upcoming Boss Café. Located near the Sports Book and at The LINQ Promenade entry to The LINQ Hotel + Experience, Jersey Eats will be open 10 a.m. – midnight daily.
Buddy’s Jersey Eats is Buddy Valastro’s fifth restaurant concept in Las Vegas. “I LOVE Vegas! And in my family, we show love with food,” said Valastro in a statement. “I felt it was time to share the food I loved as a kid with this town that has embraced a Cake Boss from Jersey.”
Jersey Eats focuses on the food that young Buddy Valastro loved growing up. As if it was straight from a late-night Jersey corner spot or the Atlantic City Boardwalk, Jersey Eats focuses on casual food conceived by Valastro himself with the help of fellow East Coast-native, Corporate Executive Chef Bryan Forgione. After pining for the nighttime eats he grew up with, Valastro wanted to bring these tasty items to a new concept Las Vegans and visitors can enjoy.
The menu at Buddy’s Jersey Eats will feature fries upon fries with different spins on Garlic Waffle Fries including Alfredo & Bacon, Short Rib & Truffle and Buddy’s personal favorite, Disco Cheese Fries & Gravy. Also making its way from back East are Buddy’s Hoboken spin on Crispy Chicken Wings, available standard or boneless, tossed with Italian spices, parmesan, and vinegar-soaked peppers. Other staples include the Jersey Ripper, a hot dog deep fried until the skin ‘rips’ open topped with relish, onions and mustard, and the Prosciutto & Mutz En Carozza, a crispy and hot ‘sandweeech’ with basil pesto and marinara that tastes like a Monte Cristo. No visit to any Buddy Valastro concept would be complete without some sweet street treats and Jersey Eats delivers with Zeppole served shaker bag-style with optional dipping sauces, Cannoli, Rainbow Cake Slice and Chocolate Fudge Cake Slice.
Buddy’s Jersey Eats is located steps away from The LINQ Promenade at the entry to The LINQ Hotel + Experience. Directly across from Nectar Bath Treats and Gordon Ramsay’s Fish & Chips. Buddy’s Jersey Eats will also offer limited, interactive seating overlooking the Promenade.
