Building Permit Issued for Montecito Marketplace MOOYAH Location

The chain’s first Las Vegas outpost is on track to open, with further locations expected to follow

With more than 100 locations in 20 US states, Texas-born fast casual burger chain MOOYAH serves up a proven menu of a burgers, fries, and real ice cream shakes. And now MOOYAH is poised to make its first big appearance (of at least three) in Las Vegas. Clark County issued a permit in March for construction to prepare the MOOYAH location planned for Montecito Marketplace for an opening.

The restaurant’s menu features a prodigious selection of burgers, including the MOOYAH Cheeseburger, the Double Diablo (2 Fresh, Never-Frozen Certified Angus Beef® Patties, Pepper Jack, Applewood Smoked Bacon, Jalapeños, Cholula, Mayo, Non-GMO Potato Bun), and the almost shockingly decadent Hamburdog (Fresh, Never-Frozen Certified Angus Beef® topped with a Hebrew National® All-Beef Hot Dog, Cheddar Cheese, Bacon, Jalapeños, Fried Onion Strings, Ketchup, Non-GMO Potato Bun).

Guests looking for a more health-conscious route can opt for the Paleo (1/2 lb Certified Angus Beef® Iceburger, Applewood Smoked Bacon, Fresh Avocado, Tomato, Pickles, Onions, Mustard) or the Low Cal (1/4 lb Certified Angus Beef® Iceburger, Fresh Avocado, Tomato, Onions, Cholula®).

In addition to these and other burger varieties (Dr. Praeger’s Black Bean Vegan, anyone?), MOOYAH also offers several potato varieties, including Housemade Potato Chips, Hand Cut Idaho Fries, and Sweet Potato Fries. Complete the picture with a shake in tempting flavors like Reese’s PB Cup, Cookie Dough, and Mint Chocolate Chip.

What Now Las Vegas was unable to reach a representative of MOOYAH for more news on Wednesday. A solid opening date has still not yet been announced for chain’s breakout Vegas location.
