What Now reached out to co-owner Emiliano Bernasconi on Thursday to inquire about plans for the restaurant. Bernasconi confirmed news of Empanada Factory’s first brick-and-mortar and said its menu would feature the current selection of empanadas offered by the food truck—plus some new option. Bernasconi declined to comment further at this time.

“We cook the BEST empanadas in Las Vegas, made with fresh and natural ingredients,” says the Empanada factory website. “Empanadas are the perfect finger food for any event or party. We are proud to serve a flavor for everybody.”

The brand’s empanadas come in a wide variety of flavors, including Beef, Bacon Cheeseburger, Spinach & Cheese, Chicken Alfredo, and more.

Recently submitted licensing paperwork shows the restaurant opening at 9320 W Flamingo Rd. Bernasconi did not confirm this address.
