The Spring Valley location is the first for franchisee Gerardo Castelan, who told What Now on Friday that the restaurant is still undergoing renovations and does not yet have a set opening date.

“Embark on a culinary journey through the vibrant flavors of Mexico right here in Nevada!” says the Habaneros Taco Grill website. “Our establishment proudly boasts the title of serving the finest Mexican cuisine in the region. Immerse yourself in a world of fast, fresh, and delicious Mexican delights, expertly crafted to tantalize your taste buds.”

Habaneros offers a broad menu featuring Combination Plates served with rice and beans—these include Chorizo with Eggs and the restaurant’s ever-popular Carne Asada. Street Tacos come with proteins like Carnitas, Lengua, Shrimp, and more.

The chain has also offered a variety of breakfast burritos like the Potato, Egg & Cheese Burrito and the Machaca and Eggs Burrito.
