“Don Tortaco is a fast-food Mexican Restaurant chain offering quick, affordable, and authentic recipes in a casual walk in atmosphere,” says the brand’s website. “Don Tortaco Mexican Grill is set up more like a traditional Mexican Taqueria, with an order counter, and salsa bar allowing the opportunity to serve Dine-In & Take-Out orders keeping the prices fair and providing high quality, low-cost product.”

Don Tortaco serves up a selection of burritos, tacos, enchiladas, tortas, chimichangas, and more, featuring proteins like Chicken, Beef, Asada, Carnitas, Fish, and Lengua. There are also plenty of Combination Plates, offering you a selection of your favorite items with rice and beans.

What Now reached out to owner Apolinar Ibarra to inquire about Don Tortaco’s expansion plans. Ibarra confirmed news of the openings but said no opening dates have been determined yet.
