After a series of delays, it looks like BurgerFi will debut its first Nevada restaurant next week. Situated in Henderson’s Gardner Plaza, at 2645 St. Rose Pkwy Suite 100, the rapidly-expanding Florida-based franchise is counting down on its website to a March 30, 2021 opening. “Your favorite all-natural burgers are coming your way,” the website states.

And while the new date is only five days away, if things changed, it wouldn’t come as a surprise. Eater Las Vegas in late-2020 reported a January 2021 debut was scheduled, and once that month came and went, BurgerFi was looking at February 21 to open its Henderson doors.

It’s unclear why BurgerFi has continued to push its opening, but Google Businesses also lists the restaurant as opening March 30 — very promising, we’d say.

“At BurgerFi Henderson, we strive every day to be the best burger joint around,” according to a landing page for the location. “We were founded by gourmet chefs and handcraft all our menu items to serve you the freshest, most delicious food found in Las Vegas.”

On the menu are hand-cut french fries and double-battered onion rings, veggie burgers, chicken, and hot dogs, and of course burgers made with Angus beef sourced from the “leading” ranches in the country, always free of hormones, steroids, and antibiotics. There’s also the ever-popular vegan Beyond Burger.

For dessert, BurgerFi has options like frozen custard concretes, milkshakes, all to be washed down with craft beer and wine.
