Pizza and convenience look to be headed to the intersection of South Rainbow Boulevard and West Pebble Road in Enterprise. Permit paperwork recently submitted to Clark County for a Conoco convenience store at 8880 S Rainbow Blvd includes kitchen facilities for a Sbarro location.
Sbarro offers a selection of pizzas both whole and by-the-slice in varieties like NY 4-Cheese White, NY Pepperoni, and NY Supremo. In familiar pizzeria fashion, the chain has offered individual-size stromboli in varieties like Spinach and Pepperoni, Sausage & Bacon. Sbarro’s menus have also featured pasta dishes like Baked Ziti, Spaghetti with Meatballs, and Chicken Parmesan.
What Now reached out on Thursday to owner Lissette Amiel. Amiel was not immediately available for comment on the news.
The Rainbow-Pebble Boulevard location is situated not far north of the intersection with Blue Diamond Road, near The Goddard School of Las Vegas. The plans describe a convenience store of roughly 3,500 square feet in an already-existing building.
No opening date is available for the location.
