Las Vegas is soon to become home to its very first Perspire Sauna Studio, an infrared and red light therapy (RLT) sauna franchise that’s been breaking ground in markets nationwide. This news comes after Jeff Na, a local Las Vegas entrepreneur and wellness enthusiast, finalized a multi-unit deal to bring his hometown three new studio locations, with the first set to debut in March of 2023.
Jeff has enjoyed an extensive career in the health and wellness space that spans back over two decades, during which time he’s worked alongside some of the industry’s most recognizable names to promote fitness and personal wellbeing in communities throughout the country. This prior experience helped him to see the franchise opportunity that exists at Perspire Sauna Studio for what it is; the next iteration of personalized wellness.
“Las Vegas has been my lifelong stomping ground. It’s an active, community-oriented city that has a growing appetite for brands that can offer residents a unique, customized experience,” Na said in a statement. “With how quickly the market here is growing, such experiences, especially in the wellness space, are going to become increasingly profitable.”
Despite the variety of economic hurdles that have unraveled over the course of the last year, industry projections showcase the steadfast viability of the wellness space, anticipating its expansion to exceed $1.6 trillion between now and 2027. A figure that Na trusts will provide for the brand’s success in new territories and fuel the establishment of additional franchise locations in the Las Vegas area down the road.

Combined with the 52 franchises awarded year-to-date, Perspire has awarded 108 franchise agreements with 30 studios currently open.
