Pikey Coffee will serve coffee, blended drinks, and energy drinks, alongside a soft-serve machine paired with coffee in affogato and cold brew floats. The menu will also feature pastries, donuts, and other baked goods from local bakeries.

The couple confirmed the news in a Wednesday afternoon phone call with What Now Las Vegas, adding that they anticipated plans for a second location to be finalized by the end of September.

Pikey’s name refers to the Traveller community of the United Kingdom, Phil’s home, known for their love of motorcycles, which Phil, along with the brand, shares.

“Vegas has a special significance for us,” Erin said.

The city was Phil’s first stateside home, and his moving to Vegas led to a course of events that brought the couple together and landed them in Manhattan Beach, California, where they own Cafe Wild, a brunch and dinner spot.

The journey back to Las Vegas was complete when real estate broker Michael Kaplan connected the entrepreneurs with the 6430 S Decatur location.

“It was a perfect location,” Phil said. “There are a lot of offices behind it, and it’s a new build, with new construction all around. And it’s just ten minutes off the strip. It’s a local spot, with a lot of local traffic.”
