“The healthiest café in town,” Squally’s Juice Bar & Café bills itself as a “health-conscious concept specializing in unprocessed, natural foods and beverages.” From its home at 7920 S Rainbow Blvd, Squally’s offers guests a variety of juices, coffee and tea drinks, and light eats.
And now, according to a recent post on Inside-Las-Vegas.com, a new Squally’s is planned for Spring Valley, in suite 104 at 5660 S Hualapai Way.
The Squally’s menu includes breakfast choices like a Strawberry Coconut Parfait and with house made granola, Green Waffles made with rolled oats and kale leaves, and Almond Banana Berry Toast. A selection of sandwiches is also available, including the Pesto Grilled Cheese and the Hummus Sandwich.
Health beverages include 2 oz. Wellness Shots, 16 oz. Juices, and Vegan Protein Shakes, plus Smoothies and Wellness Bowls. And don’t forget the coffee bar, where guests can get their caffeine fix and whatever form they prefer, including specialty lattes like the Cacao Latte and the Golden Latte with turmeric, cardamom, and cinnamon.
What Now Las Vegas was unable to reach a representative of Squally’s Cafe for immediate comment. No word is yet available on when a Hualapai location would open its doors to the public.
