A representative of Sojulv Inc. has confirmed the news on the phone with What Now Las Vegas. Park declined to comment further on the details pertaining to the restaurant’s branding, menu, and hours of operation, however. Much is therefore still unknown about the project.

The building at 3620 S Jones Blvd sits on a lot beside Cherokee Ave. The space was previously occupied by Pho 87, a Food Network-featured Vietnamese restaurant that served dishes like pho (of course), oxtail soup, and banh mi sandwiches.

The building is situated in front of a larger retail center, Phoenix Plaza, which is home to local business like TG Hair Salon and Sophia in Sapphire Dance Studio, as well as restaurants like Aracely’s Sazón Colombian Restaurant and Crave Hookah Lounge.

Ssoju Korean Pub has not announced an opening date, but according to Sojulv Inc, the restaurant is expected to open in February or March 2022.
