The chef, who hails from New Jersey, is making himself quite at home in Las Vegas, where he also runs Buddy V’s Ristorante, Carlo’s Bakery, and PizzaCake. With the Boss Café, Valastro is keeping in mind the neighborhood delis and markets of his childhood, crafting a menu that features fresh baked breads, Italian sandwiches, hand-crafted pizzas, a house-made fresh mozzarella bar, and a selection of pastries and sweets.

“After successfully launching my first restaurant in Las Vegas, I completely fell in love with not only the city, but its culinary landscape and its people,” Valastro said in a press release. “I love being able to showcase the food I grew up [with] while launching my first casual restaurant in the town that gave me the opportunity to show that I’m more than just a baker but a chef.”

The Boss Café menu will feature casual Italian-American fare conceived by Valastro in partnership with Corporate Executive Chef Bryan Forgione, coming from Buddy V’s Ristorante where he ran the kitchen since its opening in 2013. It will also feature the kind of desserts that have made the Valastro famous, including his lobster tail pastry, tiramisu, and cannoli.

The Boss Café by Buddy Valastro will be located at The LINQ Hotel + Experience, across from the new District 3 Elevators and CAESARS FORUM bridge. It will occupy a 1,400 sq.-ft. space, including indoor seating, a grab-and-go concept perfect for people looking for a quick bite or takeout for the family.
