Born in Seattle and now headquartered in Denver, Teriyaki Madness is known across the US, with more than 100 franchise locations (and several in Mexico and Canada). The chain first arrived in Las Vegas in 2004 and has since expanded to sixteen locations, plus another that is soon to open in Boulder Station Casino’s new food court.

“This is our very first time in a casino,” Dean Clarino, President & CEO of Skillzmadd Inc., which franchises Las Vegas’s sixteen Teriyaki Madness locations, told What Now Las Vegas on Friday morning. “Hopefully that opens the door for more food courts now that buffets are closing after COVID.”

A Teriyaki Madness meal opens with appetizers like Chicken Potstickers, Edamame, and Crab Rangoon, before moving onto the main event, a selection of tasty bowls served with white rice, brown rice, fried rice, or noodles plus steamed veggies. Bowl varieties include Steak Teriyaki, Chicken Teriyaki, and Salmon Teriyaki.

Boulder Station’s food court includes brands that are established and popular in Las Vegas. These include Tacos El Pastor, La Flor de Michoacán, Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop, and Wingstop. Teriyaki Madness will be added to these soon, and keep an eye out: the brand may be headed to your favorite casino next.
