What Now reached out to Terrible Herbst president Timothy Herbst on Thursday for an update on the project’s progress. Herbst said the space will be home to a Starbucks, an outpost of Terrible’s WSKY Bar + Grill tavern chain, and one more concept, still to be announced.

The supper club described in the 2021 plans included a main dining area, bar, and two private dining rooms, along with an outdoor dining area. It’s not yet clear which concept the outdoor dining belongs to.

WSKY Bar + Grill currently has two locations in operation, one on Warm Springs Road in southwest Las Vegas and the other on Bicentennial Parkway in Henderson. Open 24 hours, the Warm Springs location offers breakfast and bar bites, along with entrees like WSKY Teriyaki Salmon and Chicken Parmigiana and handhelds like the Cuban Reuben.

Herbst said food and beverage at the location should be up and running by September of this year. Stay tuned for updates on the project, including the identity of that final restaurant concept to come at 5625 Polaris Ave.
