Luxury apartment complex The Gramercy Residences made waves last year with the opening of Spanish-Italian restaurant Anima, a project from the team behind Edo Tapas. The Gramercy is also home to Pinches Tacos and DW Bistro, and, according to paperwork submitted recently to Clark County, it is planning on opening a Starbucks location.

The paperwork in question, submitted for the housing complex on West Russell Road, is a plan review to “add a Starbucks and remove some retail from an approved project.”

Seattle-born mega-chain Starbucks Coffee is recognizable all over the world. It offers a selection of familiar espresso drinks—the well-known lattes, cappuccinos, and flat whites—plus drip coffee and cold brew. It also offers teas and fruit teas, mochas and Frappuccinos, breakfast sandwiches and lunch sandwiches both hot and cold, plus a selection of pastries and other cafe-appropriate desserts and light eats.

Located just east of the Bruce Woodbury Beltway, the Gramercy is not the only place to feature food and drink destinations nearby. Continuing west, just past the Gramercy, the intersection with South Fort Apache Road is also home to food, drink, and entertainment spots like Thai restaurant The Express, L&L Hawaiian Barbecue, The Lodge, and Helios Cigar Lounge.

No word is out on an opening date for a Starbucks at The Gramercy Residences.
