The beloved breakfast and lunch chain has three existing locations scattered throughout the city, including near Rhodes Ranch, Silverado Ranch and in North Las Vegas’s Crossroads Town Center. This upcoming Spring Valley location will be their most central yet, and is expected to open its doors this spring.

Since it was first founded in 1991, locals have come to love the Griddlecakes menu for their generous servings of fresh, fluffy pancakes.

Their mouthwatering menu can satisfy just about any sweet tooth, featuring “Monkey Business” griddlecakes with bananas, pecans and peanut butter, as well as “The Blue Jay” lemon blueberry pancakes topped with whipped cream and blueberry compote.

Griddlecakes’ owner Hamed Emamzadeh has been working closely with the Las Vegas community to offer support throughout the pandemic. Last March, the Griddlecakes brand teamed up with Stack & Yolks to provide free meals to local kids, as reported by News 3.

“We do not want any child in our community to miss a meal,” the company wrote in an Instagram post following the school closures.
