“Crypto Sushi is premium all-you-can-eat that everyone will enjoy,” Co-Owner Luis Urbina told What Now Las Vegas on Thursday. “We are trying to bring AYCE sushi to another level.”

The restaurant will focus on “quality and selection of ingredients, along with presentation,” Urbina said, offering not only AYCE sushi but also a selection of bento boxes, plus signature a-la-carte items—all in an environment that emphasizes quality service.

“We will make sure that you will have the best experience when you are dining with us.”

Urbina describes the menu as a mixture of sushi favorites and signature dishes, with a chef-centric approach that mixes the traditional with the modern.

The location on E Desert Inn Rd is near Sandhill Center, a shopping center currently home to eateries like Taqueria Stephanie and Los Olivos Ristorante. Stay tuned for updates as Crypto Sushi prepares to make its debut!
