With Denny’s stores in California, Nevada, and Colorado, G2G has plans to keep developing the Las Vegas market at the rate of about 2 units per year for the next five years, G2G CEO Vince Eupierre told What Now on Monday.

“We are very excited about Vegas,” Eupierre said. “Vegas is the place to be, no question about it.”

The multi-unit franchisee, which has exclusive rights to develop the Las Vegas market, is planning to open its next Denny’s by the end of June. It will be located at 8460 W Sunset Rd., not far west of the intersection with South Durango Drive.

Known primarily for its breakfast offerings, which include the Spicy Moons Over My Hammy® (Ham, chorizo and scrambled egg sandwich with Swiss & American cheeses and pickled jalapeños on grilled artisan bread) and Country Fried Steak & Eggs, Denny’s is currently undergoing a successful launch of new dinner items. Eupierre says lasagna and mac & cheese have been big sellers at G2G stores.

“We’re anticipating a lot of other new items coming out, too,” Eupierre said.
