Now open in the Smiths Shopping Center at 10650 S. Highlands Pkwy., Dragon Tiger Noodle Company will be holding a grand opening this weekend joined by world-renowned Chef and Owner Jet Tila.

Dragon Tiger Noodle Company has also opened a location in Henderson at 3578 St. Rose Pkwy, which will be hosting a grand opening on the same day. Tila will head to the Highlands Parkway location first before spending some time in Henderson.

Dragon Tiger Noodle Company hopes to be a place customers come to customize their noodles exactly the way they want them. Customers can also choose their noodle, their broth, proteins, and vegetables, and favorites include the Chinese chicken soup with its house-made udon noodles, char-boiled chicken, bok choy, carrots, mushroom, and more.

The restaurant prides itself on serving expertly curated food from every corner of Asia.

According to the website, there is another location coming soon to Summerlin giving Las Vegas three for the area.

Food Network star Jet Tila is a chef, culinary anthropologist, entrepreneur, with roots deeply embedded in the industry.
