After months of coffee cart crowdfunding, Jesse “Flip” Flippin recently filed for a permit to open Reviva Coffee Crafter‘s first brick-and-mortar location at 1877 Whitney Mesa Dr. in Northwest Henderson. By focusing primarily on craft nitro cold brew, Reviva has found its niche within the Las Vegas coffee scene.
The business first got its feet off the ground with a fundraiser for a custom-built coffee cart last summer. In a promotional video, Flippin outlined the vision behind Reviva Coffee Crafters.
“My coffee house’s mission and vision is not just about being a business, it’s about sharing love,” Flippin said in his fundraising video. “I think our world right now needs to be shown a lot of love.”
As Flippin transitioned out of his career in the hotel industry and ventured into coffee, he dedicated about 8 years toward learning the craft.
“Through those years, it has been a whole lot of prayer and a whole lot of learning,” Flippin said in the video.
The brand has not made a public announcement on this development, but the filing categorizes the new location under “food services or cafe.” If Reviva’s social media presence offers any indication of their future menu, coffee lovers can anticipate a variety of small-batch creations, including nitro chai and sweet cream cold brew.
