The Venetian Resort is the likely home of a new outpost of Miznon, a restaurant offering cuisine by chef Eyal Shani all over the world, in places as far-flung as Paris, Vienna, Melbourne, Singapore, and New York City. Inside-Las-Vegas.com first reported on the news at the end of last month, and it appears to be confirmed by business license paperwork recently submitted to Clark County and found by What Now.

What Now reached out on Monday to Moshe Ziv, a partner in the brand. Ziv was not available for comment on the news.

The Chelsea Market Miznon features pitas like the Lavan (cauliflower, tahini, tomato salsa, spicy green peppers, scallions) and the Roast Beef (aioli, Dijon mustard, spicy pickles, tomato, scallion). It also features On a Plate dishes like Ratatouille, Masabaha Lima Beans (stewed lima beans with tahini, spicy green peppers, cilantro, hardboiled egg) and the Intimate Plate, with slow-cooked beef and roots stew, tahini, and chili peppers.

It is unknown yet how many changes to the menu might be expected for a Las Vegas location. No opening date has been announced for a Miznon at the Venetian.
