Fontainebleau Las Vegas is the sister resort of Fontainebleau Miami Beach, where La Côte operates oceanside. The Fontainebleau development is underway at the nearly 25 acre site on the Las Vegas Strip which formerly occupied the El Rancho Hotel and Casino and Algiers Hotel.

La Côte features a French-inspired menu of delicate starter plates, grilled seafood dishes, and gourmet sandwiches.

Menu highlights include the Grilled Octopus with Saffron Aioli, Petite Shrimp Tartine, and the Roasted Chicken Paillard. For guests heading to the poolside escape, their specialty cocktail menu includes a Mango Biche Caipirinha, La Côte Punch with Bacardi Oakheart Rum and fresh fruit juice, and the La Côte Frosé.

The 67-story resort is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2023. La Côte Las Vegas has not announced an opening date. Get to know their menu by visiting their Website
