Clique Hospitality’s upcoming elevated food hall Proper Eats, opening at ARIA Resort & Casino, promises to offer “exceptional global cuisine and exquisite design.” It will also be the only place outside Los Angeles where you can find Wexler’s Deli.

Wexler’s offers high-end deli creations, curing, smoking, and hand-slicing all its meat and fish in house. Its menus have featured a variety of egg-centric dishes; Bagel & Smoked Fish creations like Pastrami Lox and The Elaine (with avocado, cucumber, lemon, and chili flakes); and sandwiches like the O.G. (pastrami, mustard, rye) and the Get in My Deli Burger (Wexler’s beef patty, pastrami bacon, grilled onions, Swiss, Russian dressing).

What Now reached out to a representative of Wexler’s to see if any new menu items will be offered in the deli’s first Vegas location. The answer: yes!

“New menu items include a house-smoked pastrami Reuben called the ‘Sam Rothstein,’ and a bagel with house-smoked hand-sliced lox with caviar called the ‘Moe Greene,’” the representative told What Now in an email conversation.

“We really just took advantage of a great opportunity,” the representative added. “We are in one of the most stunning resorts on the Strip with a team that we trust behind it.”

Stay tune for updates as more concepts headed to Proper Eats are revealed!
