After a long summer, the Summerlin/Lakes Vesta Coffee location on is now fully open.
On Tuesday, the coffee shop posted an advertisement requesting applicants for kitchen staff positions.
Vesta Coffee Roasters sources specialty coffee from around the world. Its products are already available at retailers throughout the area, and it has begun to grow in Las Vegas as a coffee shop chain, serving coffee and a variety of sandwiches, salads, soups and other dishes.
The opening of the 9031 W. Sahara Ave location, the first Vesta drive-thru in the city, comes as part of Vesta’s expansion from its original location on Casino Center Boulevard. As many as four stores are expected to follow in the next three years.
The location, in a space previously occupied by Winchell’s Donut Shop, will compete with nearby Einstein Bros. Bagels and Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf shops.
