Famous for its selection of more than sixty different frosé flavors, The Co-Op Frosé & Eatery seems like a perfect match for the Las Vegas Strip. Resorts World Las Vegas agrees; The Co-Op is planning to open a location there that will include a space with seating, plus two mobile frosé carts bringing frosé to guests around the resort.

“We don’t have a date yet, but it should be within the next few months,” a representative of The Co-Op told What Now on Tuesday. “The menu will be slightly different, with a lot of fresh sandwiches that are easy to grab on the go. The idea is not have to wait too long when you’re on the go in the resort.”

The Co-Op’s frosés pack in the flavor with varieties like Strawberry, Prickly Pear, Chipotle Pineapple, and White Peach—all with 13.5% ABV.

The Resorts World location is part of a larger expansion that will include Denver and possibly other western cities like Phoenix and Los Angeles, according to recent coverage by the Las Vegas Review-Journal. There could also be more locations in store for the Las Vegas Valley.

“We certainly have entertained entering the local Las Vegas market, and we certainly have our eyes set on possibly doing something at Allegiant,” co-owner Jason Soss says in the Review-Journal coverage.
