Vegas-born birrieria concept Vitos Tacos has been showing continuous growth ever since its founding only four years ago, in 2020. Known as the “ultimate destination for all things birria,” the chain already has two brick-and-mortar locations at Eastern and Warm Springs and at Fort Apache and Sunset.
Licensing paperwork submitted recently by Vitos Tacos LLC now indicates another Vitos Tacos opening at 5059 Blue Diamond Road #110.
At the Eastern and Warm Springs location, the menu features—in addition to the straight-up Birria by the Pound—a wide variety of birria offerings. These include birria tacos and Queso Tacos, along wilder applications, like birria Egg Rolls, Birria Ramen, and White Truffle Birria Fries (Golden French fries with slow-cooked beef or chicken birria, white truffle oil, green salsa, cilantro, and onion).
The Blue Diamond Road location given in the paperwork is part of a growing community of restaurants that includes both national and international franchises like Burger King, Denny’s, and Smoothie King, and locally born favorites like Oming’s Kitchen, Mountain West Eatery, and Saint Honoré Doughnuts and Beignets.
