Garcia, who was named Esquire Magazine’s “Chef of the Year” in 2015, is known for his modern culinary approach to Mexican cuisine. His restaurant Broken Spanish, which is currently doing a pop-up residency at Neuehouse Hollywood until July 31st, serves exquisite traditional dishes with a modern culinary twist, such as hand-made tortillas with lentils, duck albondigas, and the oxtail tamal.

At ¡Viva!, you can expect exceptional regional Mexican cuisine from the L.A.-based Chef. The menu will offer small plates, appetizers, and entrees with bright and bold flavors. Not to mention an exclusive tequila and mezcal collection.

Celano Design Studio combined the lively culture and tradition of Mexico with the spirit of Las Vegas to create an appropriately vibrant and festive atmosphere for the new Mexican restaurant. ¡Viva! will feature a main dining room, an indoor promenade patio, an outdoor patio, a private dining room, and a dazzling bar featuring a bottle display influenced by the architecture of ancient ruins in Mexico. The restaurant will also spotlight a Mexican-inspired mural by Miami-based Chalk & Brush and an “exploding flower” infinity mirror.

“We embraced natural elements like wood and greenery while pairing them with vibrant colors and artwork to create a layered and rich experience filled with texture, festivity, and life. There is nothing in Vegas quite like it,” said Vincent Celano, founder and CEO of Celano Design Studio.

The city’s highly anticipated opening of Resorts World Las Vegas is only weeks away. On June 24th, be sure to witness its unveiling and reserve a table at ¡Viva! for a unique culinary experience of your favorite Mexican dishes.
