“Freed’s Dessert Shop is coming to The Bend at Sunset and Durango!” says Freed’s Bakery website. “The Bend will be the largest dining, entertainment and shopping destination in the Southwest area of the valley. Freed’s will be joining Lotus of Siam, Mothership Coffee, The Great Greek, Shang Artisan Noodle, and many more!”

Freed’s offers a wide range of sweets, including cakes, pastries, cupcakes, cookies, ice cream cakes, macarons, and more. It also offers keto-friendly, no-sugar-added, and gluten free options.

A work permit was submitted recently for Freed’s Bakery’s The Bend location, at 8730 W Sunset Road G-120. The contract valuation for the work is listed at $180,000.

What Now reached out on Friday to co-owner Max Jacobson-Fried to inquire about Freed’s Dessert Shop at The Bend. Jacobson-Fried was not immediately available for comment.
