Founded in 2005, the longtime Las Vegas barbecue caterer Off The Hook BBQ is preparing to launch its first brick-and-mortar restaurant.
“Well it is Official,” reads a recent Facebook post. “Off The Hook will have its first location here in Las Vegas. I want to Thank everyone who have supported us the last 15 years you guys made this possible.”
The post says Off the Hook Restaurant will serve breakfast and lunch during the week, and breakfast and barbecue on the weekends. Further information on the restaurant’s menu is not yet available. What Now reached out to a representative of the Off the Hook on Friday. The representative was not immediately available for comment.
Although no location is given in the Facebook post, which says only that the restaurant will open in the southwest area, recently submitted licensing paperwork shows Off the Hook LLC’s restaurant opening at 10591 S Rainbow Blvd.
