On The Record, the speakeasy and club by Houston Hospitality and located at Park MGM, reopens Friday July 2nd. The venue will open its doors at 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays with Industry Nights, launching later in July, scheduled for Wednesday evenings.
“On The Record offers visitors a unique twist on the Las Vegas nightlife experience with its iconic spaces including the double-decker DJ booth, the karaoke rooms and the Vinyl Parlor,” said President & COO of Bellagio and Park MGM Ann Hoff said in a press release. “We look forward to the Fourth of July weekend as Las Vegas visitors will join us in celebrating the reopening of our speakeasy and club, as well as the return of major entertainment at Park Theater.”
On The Record, the first Las Vegas venture by Los Angeles twins Jonnie and Mark Houston, has an award-winning design that marvels patrons with its ingenuity. The hidden 11,000-square-foot nightclub, located behind a record store entrance off the main casino floor, features a double-decker bus DJ both and patio bar, three hidden karaoke break rooms, and indoor and outdoor spaces for dancing and relaxing with friends. The record store is fully functioning and stocked with a magnificent vinyl collection available for purchase. The Vinyl Parlor offers a world-class cocktail program designed by special guest “Star-tenders” (or Bartenders-in-Residence). Among the popular musical guests and artists who have performed at the venue are Anderson Paak, Questlove, Sam Ronson, Mayer Hawthorne, and Mark Ronson.
