Founded in 2007 in Parker, Colorado as a small New York-style pizza shop, Parry’s Pizzeria & Taphouse has grown to offer its pizzas, calzones, sandwiches, pasta, and more in Texas, Arizona, and—soon—Las Vegas.

“Parry’s Pizza is set to open in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip, just outside the ARIA Resort, in fall 2023!” reads a page on the Parry’s website. “This 24-hour location will feature Parry’s hand-crafted NY-style pizza, cocktails, craft beer and more.”

Permitting paperwork submitted recently to Clark County gives the location an address: “Parry’s at City Center” looks to be opening at 3752 S Las Vegas Blvd.

Parry’s Signature Pizzas, which are available on a gluten-free crust, include classic varieties like Lil’ Avery’s Cheese and Zesty Lady Liberty (i.e. pepperoni), along with choices like The Pearl (white pie w/ blend of oils, ricotta, Italian sausage, tomatoes, minced garlic, fresh basil, and Parry’s Parmesan mix), Buffalo Chicken, and New Mexican Yankee (Spicy green chili base w/ fresh-roasted chicken, tomatoes, hand-grated mozzarella and cheddar cheese, cilantro, and a swirl of homemade white ketchup).

The menu also features selections of calzones, salads, and sandwiches like the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich and the Bronx Baller (meatballs with homemade marinara, topped with melted hand-grated mozzarella and Parry’s Parmesan mix). There are also burgers, wraps, and pasta choices.

What Now reached out this week to Parry’s Chief Operating Officer James Scholz to inquire about the coming Vegas Parry’s location. Scholz was not available for comment.
