Owner Hyoungjoon Lim confirmed the news on the phone with What Now Las Vegas on Tuesday morning. Lim declined to comment further regarding the branding, menu, and operating hours of the new location, however.

The Henderson Top Sushi location offers an all-you-can-eat-buffet, with a menu that boasts a striking variety of choices, from familiar sushi rolls and nigiri, to Top Special Rolls like the Whot the Heck Roll (“Raw. In: soft shell crab, jalapeno. Out: spicy tuna, avocado wrapped sauce: what the heck jalapeno, onion, tomato, mango”) and the OMG Roll (“Raw. In: fried salmon, spicy crab. Out: avocado, sauce: sauce spicy mayo, eel sauce”).

The menu also features sushi burritos, salads, and small entrées like bulgogi, chicken katsu, and teriyaki chicken. From the grill, Grilled Miso Mackerel and Salmon Collar are available. Appetizers include gyoza, Korean Fried Chicken, and Spicy Garlic Edamame.

The Enterprise Top Sushi, to be opened in a building at 9830 S Las Vegas Blvd, currently occupied by a Denny’s, is located not far from the intersection with W Silverado Ranch Blvd. Other eateries located nearby include Boulevard Bar & Grill and The Golden Pot.

No opening date has been announced for the new location.
