“Wiseguys is bringing the laughter to Las Vegas with a new location at the Arts District. Stay tuned for details,” the Wiseguys Comedy Facebook page says.

Located on Main Street it will walking distance to all of the new retail, bars, restaurants, and residents in downtown Las Vegas.

Veteran standup comic Keith Stubbs opened a Wiseguys club in Salt Lake City in 2001 and has applied for a special use permit to operate the 4,300-square-foot venue that will provide live entertainment at least twice a week, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports.

With locations in Ogden and Salt Lake City, Wiseguys has become a comedy club favorite in Utah and is hoping to keep that going one state over. Some of the greats that have landed on the Wiseguys stages include Kevin Hart, Tom Arnold, David Spade, Kevin Nealon, and more.

The mural outside the new Las Vegas venue features standup comedy legends such as Don Rickles, Joan Rivers, Paulie Shore, and Whoopi Goldberg.

“Whoopi looking GOOD at the soon-to-be-open Wiseguys Comedy in the Arts District,” Wiseguys Comedy posted to Instagram this week.

Stubbs could not be reached for comment prior to publication.

Wiseguys will be opening at 1511 S. Main St., according to its Facebook page.
